Visa.
For legalization of your Russian visa we should represent a definite form with some information about you. In order we could do it, please, answer the following questions and send this information by e-mail together with the copy of your passport to the Organizing Committee as soon as possible. Please, take into consideration the following:
- If you are coming with the accompany person you should send the same information for her(him). We shall consider accompany persons as participants of our seminar. It'll make the procedure of visa legalization more simple.
- If you apply for visa in the country where you are not the citizen you should send us the copy of your residence permit.
- We hope to get your answer before the 1st of June otherwise we won't be able to help you with visa legalization.
After we get this information we need about a two months for paperwork. Then we'll send you an official invitation for you to apply to Russian embassy for getting visa. You are supposed to receive invitation in the period of 25 Jul - 10 Aug.
